The idea plotted by french carmaker peugeot  when they thing about an eco-friendly automobile hybrid car.

the engine system combines gasoline with compressed air and could run solely on air power up to 80% of  drive. the image is here to see

    the car will available at the starting of 2020 with a astounding 117 miles per gallon.the compony,PSA peugeot citron filed 80 patents to this innovation technology and this project was raised with a partnership

with the french government.

   

By the next year itself the hybrid air will be installed onto some already existing models like the citroen C3 and also ina peugeot model 208, it reducing their carbon dioxide emissions to little as 69 grams per kilometer. its well because the eurpean union guidelines mandating nearly all new cars sold in the EU emit not more than 95 g/km of CO2 on average by 2021

"An innovative combination of tried and tested technologies:a petrol engine,a unit to store energy in the form of compressed air,a hydraulic motor-pump assembly and an automatic transmission working with an epicyclic gear train, the smart control system adapts the operating mode to the driver's commands and optimises energy efficiency in th three different modes:ZEN(Zero Emission Vehicle),petrol internal combustion and combined."

the model will available on the market in 2020 and we can expect this modes of hbrid system in the existing models in the market.
